I'm a full member of the UKCP and also a member of the BACP (MBACP).
I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and move towards a life that feels true to who they are. Some clients come with clear struggles; others arrive with only a sense that something isn’t quite right. However you come, my aim is to listen carefully, stay alongside you, and support you in exploring your challenges and aspirations at your own pace.
I work in a way that balances practicality with depth. Some sessions may focus on immediate concerns and the realities of coping day to day. At other times, we may look more closely at the patterns, experiences, or questions that sit underneath. However the work unfolds, it is guided by what matters most to you.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative. In practical terms, this means I am trained in, and draw on, more than one therapeutic model. This allows the work to remain flexible and responsive, rather than shaped by a single theory or technique, and to evolve naturally as your needs become clearer over time.
Alongside working with everyday struggles, my research has shaped a depth perspective that allows me to work comfortably with deeper questions around identity, meaning, and spirituality. I am able to do so in an informed and grounded way, holding such material with care, discernment, and the respect it deserves.
